In general AceTech will rectify any faults which are our
liability. All of our website designs are tested
for compatibility with a wide variety of browser and
configurations, but the diversity of the internet means
that your website may not appear identical on all
computers. If you have any queries regarding the
appearance of your website please do not hesitate to

Occasionally there may be temporary unavailability of your
website. We generally host our websites using
servers which have very high availability rates. Should
the unavailability of your website persist, please do not
hesitate to contact us so that we can investigate. |

When your mailbox was set-up your will have received
instructions on how to configure MS Outlook to send & receive
emails. Whilst our mailboxes support outgoing emails it is
quite common for ISPs to insist that their account is used for
outgoing emails. If your outgoing emails stop working
please initially check with your ISP. If your incoming
emails stop working and the problem persists (i.e. not a temporary
unavailability of your email due to exceptionally high internet
traffic), please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can
investigate. |
